This picture shows the original photo, the edited photo, and then to my drawing and color study. At first I started drawing my face with lots of detail before I knew that we only are only doing a "cartoonish" outline version of our edited photo. In my opinion I would have liked to just draw my face with all detail and make it a cool sketch. Last year with my flower painting i did enjoy paint that, but with my face I feel as if it is harder. With my flower drawing I liked the way I painted it and then once I inked and washed it off I feel as if it ruined the whole thing and when I worked back into it with colored pencil it was not the same. I am having trouble blending the colors where there needs to be shadows and highlights so that is what i need to work on.
